The `--disable-git_version` configure option was added in 1.9.1, but has been [reverted](https://github.com/libretro/RetroArch/commit/cbec423413b85202131b69c0a314a6c29335e135) in 1.9.2.

A patch file from https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/30629.patch is attached
