The current distfile source is dead. Arch Linux [switched](https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/commit/PKGBUILD?h=hfsprogs&id=771ca78d224417ace4eb999e147dcf0d7484d65d) to using Fedora as the source. This commit does the same.

A patch file from https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/30663.patch is attached
