pHash is maintained, but its last official release is unsupported and maintainers say to use current dev version (https://github.com/aetilius/pHash/issues/6). This is a dependency of https://github.com/rbrich/dedup-images

A patch file from https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/30763.patch is attached
