Sadly, the changelog for olm doesn't mention that as explicitly as the element changelog does, so see https://github.com/vector-im/element-web/blob/3a67dc18e9e30ec5f00f214796cc1341477a8761/CHANGELOG.md#security-notice for reference on the security issue. I've also pulled in the element-desktop update in this PR, as it's basically only the olm update anyway. A patch file from https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/31097.patch is attached
