New issue by 766F6964 on void-packages repository

https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/issues/32280

Description:
### System

* xuname:  `Void 5.12.17_1 x86_64 GenuineIntel uptodate rrrrmdFFFFFFF`
* package:  `CLion-2021.1.3_1`

### Expected behavior
Updating from `CLion-2021.1.2_1` to `CLion-2021.1.3_1` should not cause any issues.

### Actual behavior
When updating CLion by running `./xbps-src update-sys`, fails with the following error message:
```
=> xbps-src: the following packages must be rebuilt and updated:
```

### Steps to reproduce the behavior
This error occurs for me by performing a normal update of the package by running ./xbps-src update-sys`.
