gespeaker: remove package
gespeaker doesn't work with espeak-ng, I opened an issue, but no response yet - https://github.com/muflone/gespeaker/issues/72. This package is broken right now, so let's remove it, we can always reintroduce it.
A patch file from https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/32495.patch is attached
