- [X] I built this PR locally for my native architecture, (ARCH-LIBC)

**Note:** even though the `dmd` template doesn't set `nocross`, the cross build is broken in the current void-packages version (and, by extension, this PR) due to a missing `libphobos2`, hence the draft status.
