update jupyterlab
Minor update.
Currently, to run jupyerlab I need to use
jupyter lab --app-dir /usr/lib/python3.10/site-packages/jupyterlab
If I do not specify the application directory,
then it complains it cannot find assets, and does not work.

Is there a way to make this simpler for the end-user?
