New issue by LinArcX on void-packages repository

https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/issues/35129

Description:
Hello. I'm following this tutorial to setup polipo as http-proxy on void:
https://www.marcus-povey.co.uk/2016/03/24/using-tor-as-a-http-proxy/

It mentioned that we should edit a file called: `/etc/polipo/config`. But there is no such a file in voidlinux. Here's list of files installed with polipo package:

```
↳ xbps-query -f polipo
/etc/sv/polipo/run
/usr/bin/polipo
/usr/share/info/polipo.info.gz
