compton-conf: remove package
originally i wanted to update it but then realized that it is not usable because compton was replaced by picom and this program writes outdated values into a wrong configuration file.

On https://github.com/lxqt/compton-conf it also says, that it will receive no further updates and should be considered deprecated.
