jwm: remove faulty fix_dvorak.patch
@paper42 sorry that I noticed this late.
The segfault mentioned in the already closed #35962 was caused by the fix-dvorak.patch.
It's from https://github.com/joewing/jwm/pull/481 and still not upstreamed.
