New issue by prez on void-packages repository

Rationale: On nvidia, kwin has bad screen tearing with X11, and the wayland backend is too buggy to even be considered usable. I'm hoping this could provide an improvement.

I was looking into packaging this, but at the moment,`plasma-workspace` depends on `kwin`.
