siril: orphan package
After failing to get my updates in PR https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/24678 for Siril accepted for almost two years, I feel it is time to step down as the maintainer of the package.

If someone wants to take over, feel free to use my PR as a base for your work.

A patch file from https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/37463.patch is attached
