Orphan projectmoon's packages and adopt element-desktop
I've been maintaining the element-desktop package for quite a bit, and I wanted to adopt it. I've reached out to the current maintainer, who told me it's fine for me to adopt it and mark their other packages as orphaned.

A patch file from https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/37802.patch is attached
