New issue by unusualcrow on void-packages repository

https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/issues/37930

Description:
### Is this a new report?

Yes

### System Info

Void 5.15.52_1 x86_64 AuthenticAMD uptodate rFFFF

### Package(s) Affected

anki-2.1.15_6

### Does a report exist for this bug with the project's home (upstream) and/or another distro?

Could not find any reports of this issue from anywhere else.

### Expected behaviour

When you modify the deck options "New interval" under Lapses, or "Easy bonus" under Reviews, the setting should be saved to what you changed it to.

### Actual behaviour

After changing New interval or Easy bonus percentage value, the value will be reset to the lowest value unless you change the setting to a multiple of 100. For example, setting New interval to 100% will save it as 100%, but setting it to 75% will cause it to save as 0%.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open Anki
2. Click the options cogwheel next to the Default deck or any other deck.
3. Navigate to the Lapses tab
4. Set New interval to any value other than 100%
5. Hit OK
6. Re-open options
7. See that the setting has reset to 0%.
