Fix error when running stack
without ncurses-libtinfo-libs I get the error below at any invocation:

No setup information found for ghc-9.0.2 on your platform.
This probably means a GHC bindist has not yet been added for OS key 'linux64-ncurses6'.


#### Testing the changes
- I tested the changes in this PR:  **NO**, and I feel a bit sorry, but I am not practical with void packages
- anyway it is a runtime issue that was solved installing the missing library
