New issue by brihadeesh on void-packages repository

https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/issues/39948

Description:
### Package name

Sonic Pi

### Package homepage

https://sonic-pi.net/

### Description

Sonic Pi is a fresh take on making music i.e. by writing code. It comes with an IDE-like interface and allows for plugging in various external software and hardware. It's used by professionals and amateurs and is popular for "live coding" music. It also doubles up as an interesting way to learn/teach programming fundamentals.

I'll try to get started with this ASAP but would greatly appreciate any help/starting points for templates. This was discussed in #365 a while back and it mentions some error over a missing Ruby package called `rugged`. If anyone could shed some light on that, I'd greatly appreciate it.

### Does the requested package meet the package requirements?

Compiled

### Is the requested package released?

Yes
