Subject: [PATCH] memcached: update to 1.6.18.
automake and autoconf used to be required in
edd1f4780781761f28d88bbe855bd06d9285c078 due to patching configure.ac.
The patch in question was dropped in
9f5bd52ff70ebccb67c6ace8466f5d4c4b5306ba.
pkg-config is used for finding openssl headers only, yet makedepends
does not have it.
