New issue by chloris-pale-green on void-packages repository

https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/issues/41938

Description:
### Is this a new report?

Yes

### System Info

Void 6.1.7_1 x86_64 GenuineIntel uptodate FFF

### Package(s) Affected

vlc-3.0.18_2

### Does a report exist for this bug with the project's home (upstream) and/or another distro?

_No response_

### Expected behaviour

VLC runs and plays media normally.

### Actual behaviour

On playing an MP4 file with h264 video codec and aac audio codec, the following happens:

```text
VLC media player 3.0.18 Vetinari (revision 3.0.13-8-g41878ff4f2)
[000056541648a600] main libvlc: Zagon predvajalnika s privzetim vmesnikom. Uporabite »cvlc« za zagon brez vmesnika.
[00007f866c005790] gl gl: Initialized libplacebo v4.208.0 (API v208)
libva info: VA-API version 1.17.0
libva error: vaGetDriverNameByIndex() failed with unknown libva error, driver_name = (null)
[00007f866c005790] glconv_vaapi_x11 gl error: vaInitialize: unknown
libva error
libva info: VA-API version 1.17.0
libva info: Trying to open /usr/lib64/dri/nvidia_drv_video.so
libva info: Found init function __vaDriverInit_1_5
Napaka segmentacije (this means segmentation fault)
```

In another case, a video appeared like one would be watching it through a blue filter. Definitely abnormal.

Here are some currently installed package versions that might be useful:
```text
vlc-3.0.18_2
libvlc-3.0.18_2
nvidia-525.85.05_1
nvidia-dkms-525.85.05_1
libva-2.17.0_1
libva-vdpau-driver-0.7.4_4
```

### Steps to reproduce

1. Unclear. Probably just use an updated Void installation with VLC and Nvidia drivers.
2. Try playing videos with various video codecs.
