squid: update to 5.7
- I tested the changes in this PR: no
- I built this PR locally for my native architecture, (x86_64-musl)

seems to build fine with openssl 3 #openssl3

A patch file from https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/42054.patch is attached
