Update vifm to 0.13
#### Testing the changes
- I tested the changes in this PR: 
- glibc and musl x86_64 builds in void
- running the actual application on void.

All credit goes to the maintainer (vifm - not void maintainers) for assisting in making the required changes to the musl build, and fixing it.
