- telepathy-qt5: update to 0.9.8.
- telepathy-farstream: doesn't need python
- telepathy-logger: make codegen work with python3
- telepathy-haze: update to 0.8.1.
- telepathy-salut: make codegen work with python3
- telepathy-gabble: patch for python3
