Orphan nemo and pmbootstrap
I cannot maintain `nemo` since it's stuck with zero feedback on #47725 (Cinnamon 6.0) and my interest starting to shift away from tiling window managers/nemo to other things.

`pmbootstrap` on the other hand I almost never used from the repo myself already since I typically have a git version of it around for contribution to upstream as well as [`envkernel.sh`](https://wiki.postmarketos.org/wiki/Compiling_kernels_with_envkernel.sh) which isn't shipped regardless.

If someone else is interested in maintaining these you're welcome to adopt :)
