New issue by chcrt0x on void-packages repository

https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/issues/48910

Description:
I chose zh_CN.UTF-8 in the installation package of Void Linux Base, and I installed Chinese fonts, but it didn't work. When I ran mv --help, there were many white boxes besides English and spaces.
