This PR also contains the following new dependency packages, which I'm happy to maintain:
- `python3-hidapi`
- `python3-colorlog`

`python3-hidapi` is marked as conflicting with `python3-hid` due to an unfortunate namespace conflict (<https://github.com/qmk/qmk_cli/issues/82>)


A patch file from https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/49314.patch is attached
