Changed panel view.

### Actual behaviour

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'mate-volume-control-applet'

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open MATE tweak
2. Choose another panel configuration
3. Panel didn`t changed
If create symlink `ln -s /bin/echo /usr/bin/mate-volume-control-applet` then it`s work.
