This is a full rewrite for latest parsec package, new building rules required changes, alongside new dependencies being introduced. In regards to the architecture, parsec has always supported x86_64-glibc only.

Parsec is a great remote viewing software, superb tool for video editors and whomever needs a real-time vnc equivalent.
