[ISSUE] conky-1.21 not starting consistently

Made one as it is probably a conky issue.

### Expected behaviour

Conky starts with wm (1.19 does)

### Actual behaviour

Conky does not always start. Teboots and re-login does not seem to help. Random if it will start or not. Best odds are after cold-boot. Rebuilding 1.21 with a rev 2 did not change anything.

### Steps to reproduce

- start fluxbox(shynebox fork. xinit or lxdm)
- `conky -d -a tr &` in `startup`
- no conky. have to re-run and it will run in the bg but tkaes some time to start.
