#### Local build testing
- I built this PR locally for my native architecture, (x86_64-glibc)
- I built this PR locally for these architectures (if supported. mark crossbuilds):
  - armv7l-musl (cross)
  - aarch64 (cross)

I added `python3-PyQt5` to `depends` since it's necessary for the krita python plugin manager to work and for dockers like the quick settings docker to show up.
