New issue by nuckle on void-packages repository
https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/issues/54263
Description:
### Is this a new report?
Yes
### System Info
Void 6.12.7_1 x86_64 GenuineIntel notuptodate rrmFFFFFF
### Package(s) Affected
gimp-2.10.38_3 gegl-0.4.46_2
### Does a report exist for this bug with the project's home (upstream) and/or another distro?
I've tried to find some information about this, and seems like Void doesn't include this option into `gegl` during the build process
[pixls](https://discuss.pixls.us/t/gimp-2-10-0-release-candidate-1-available/7097/9)
[linuxquestions](https://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/slackware-14/requests-for-current-next-15-0-15-1-a-4175706801/page453.html#post6547494)
### Expected behaviour
An ability to change an engine from Matting Global to Matting Levin
### Actual behaviour
Only Matting Global is presented

### Steps to reproduce
1. Launch Gimp
2. Choose a "Foreground Select Tool"
3. See "Tool options"
4. Can't change an engine

Yeah Matting Levin requires `-Dumfpack=enabled`.
