nvidia works in podman containers

### Actual behaviour

Error: runc: runc create failed: unable to start container process: error during container init: error running hook #0: fork/exec /usr/bin/nvidia-cdi-hook: no such file or directory: OCI runtime attempted to invoke a command that was not found

Got the same results (after fixing container sources), found this change in upstream that created the command which wasn't found: https://github.com/NVIDIA/nvidia-container-toolkit/blob/af985c22ea264eab4e0fc2f9f2e565bd7537a016/CHANGELOG.md?plain=1#L109
rebuilt and reinstalled nvidia-container-toolkit package with ` ${go_import_path}/cmd/nvidia-cdi-hook` added to go_package variable, the basic example worked.
@abenson as currently last adjusting the package version and maintainer for nvidia packages, should I submit pr with aforementioned changes?
