Copied /boot/efi/EFI/GRUB/grubx64.efi to /boot/efi/EFI/BOOT/BOOTX64.efi THAT did the trick. OK, I've sorted this.

Copied /boot/efi/EFI/GRUB/grubx64.efi to /boot/efi/EFI/BOOT/BOOTX64.efi
