Hi,
due to xtraeme's hiatus, I've decided to publish fresh AArch64
tarballs myself, which you can now find at
https://github.com/chneukirchen/void-aarch64/releases/tag/20160923

The .img can be dumped raw on a SD and should boot on ODROID-C2 fine then.
For the .tar.xz, manual steps from

should work likewise.
