FTR, I use skype_oss_wrapper-32bit-0.1_1 and run it like this:

env QT_PLUGIN_PATH=/usr/lib32/qt/plugins/ LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib32/skype_oss_wrapper /usr/lib32/skype/skype
