So Orca can function even if there's no GUI running? Orca can be 
run from the Linux console?

It depends on XBPS, so if your specific distro doesn't provide 
that as a package, you'll need to compile that yourself. (Checking 
https://packages.debian.org/stable/allpackages?format=txt.gz, it 
doesn't seem to be available on Buster, for example.) XBPS is 
available from https://github.com/void-linux/xbps.
