The firmware file you are missing is in the linux-firmware package:

~ $ xlocate rampatch_usb_00000302.bin
linux-firmware-20181218_1 /usr/lib/firmware/qca/rampatch_usb_00000302.bin
linux-firmware-20181218_1 /usr/lib/firmware/qca/rampatch_usb_00000302.bin
