I thought the working directory of the command was wrong, too, but then I went
back and read the "Help" paper and saw how they handled it.  Help runs the
command in the directory of the pane containing the command, but puts
information about the argument in an environment variable.

I assumed that Acme and Wily do the same, but haven't had a chance to check.
This would avoid the potential security problem of changing PATH.  Of course,
I have zero experience with Acme and not much more with Wily, so there may be
other reasons why changing the working directory is the right thing to do.
