Hello,

A new version, v1.0.20200513, of wireguard-tools has been tagged in the git
repository, containing various required userspace utilities, such as the
wg(8) and wg-quick(8) commands and documentation.

== Changes ==

  * Makefile: remember to install all systemd units

  We forgot to install the newly added wg-quick.target file.

  * ipc: openbsd: switch to array ioctl interface

  There was some unexpected churn in the ioctl interface that's now been worked
  out. This updates the openbsd implementation ahead of the ports tree opening.
  We also have, at the same time, an update for wgctrl-go, which means there are
  now two userspace language implementations of the interface.
