- -----------------------------------
ZSH VERSION 3.1.5 HAS BEEN RELEASED
- -----------------------------------

This is a beta release. People requiring maximum stability should
continue using version 3.0.5.

Information on finding the latest Zsh versions, the Zsh FAQ and
documentation can be found in the META-FAQ, included below. The 3.1.5
files should appear on all mirror sites within a couple of days.

Release 3.1.5 files
- -------------------

File sizes:
213125 zsh-3.1.4-3.1.5.diff.gz
699661 zsh-3.1.5-doc.tar.gz
867498 zsh-3.1.5.tar.gz

MD5 message digests:
d954f91b6f0bd71e45e39f1228e7f4d7 zsh-3.1.5.tar.gz
82a7eb95c9c6918b17b018e7a1231b51 zsh-3.1.5-doc.tar.gz
7b93161b3f2c14a42869ffb56aac05e3 zsh-3.1.4-3.1.5.diff.gz

The complete source is in zsh-3.1.5.tar.gz. zsh-3.1.5-doc.tar.gz contains
preformatted PostScript, DVI, HTML and Info documentation for those who
do not have the necessary tools to compile these from the sources.

zsh-3.1.4-3.1.5.diff.gz contains the patch against zsh-3.1.4. If you
already have zsh-3.1.4 go to the zsh-3.1.4 source directory and do

	gunzip < zsh-3.1.4-3.1.5.diff.gz | patch -p0
	touch configure stamp-h.in

Release 3.1.5 changes
- ---------------------

Globbing now supports the POSIX character classes, so that, for example,
[[:upper:]_] now does what was traditionally expressed as [A-Z_].

The universal-argument ZLE function now behaves like the EMACS one,
accepting an arbitrary numeric argument.

A bug in utmp handling that prevented compilation on HP-UX is fixed.

There are many bugfixes and other changes. For a more detailed list,
see the ChangeLog file.
