Break and suspend problems

Hello,

I recently upgraded to RedHat 6.2 and that installed zsh 3.0.7. Now I'm
having problems with Ctrl-C and Ctrl-Z. If I do tar tvf on a large file
for example I can't interrupt with Ctrl-C. Similarly, I can suspend some
programs with Ctrl-Z but not others. Here's my stty -a output if it
helps:

Any ideas on what might be wrong?

There are a couple of known job-control problems in 3.0.7.  I was about to
announce 3.0.8, but of course even intending to do so has the synchronicity
effect of causing yet another bug to be reported.

So the best thing I can tell you right now is, Stay Tuned.
