I built this yesterday also (I love z-shell). I built it for Slowaris and Sun-OS. Preparing for the second build I ran 'make distclean'. When I did, the makefile removed *.1 from the Doc dir. This would be OK if I had yodl built, but I didn't, so I had to restore them from the tar-file. I'm not sure how/if you want to address this as a problem.
