Could we have the tcsh -X behavior in zsh conditional expressions?

The tcsh manual says:

         X   Executable in the path or shell builtin, e.g.  ` - X
             ls'  and  ` - X  ls - F' are generally true, but `-X
             /bin/ls' is not (+)
