This seems to mean that zsh hasn't been linked to the version of ncurses I've installed in my $HOME. zsh configuration ----------------- zsh version : 4.0.2 host operating system : alphaev6-dec-osf4.0f source code location : . compiler : gcc preprocessor flags : -I/users/spaces/lefevre/include executable compiler flags : -Wall -Wno-implicit -Wmissing-prototypes -O2 module compiler flags : -Wall -Wno-implicit -Wmissing-prototypes -O2 -fPIC executable linker flags : -L/users/spaces/lefevre/alpha-osf1/lib -L/users/spaces/lefevre/lib module linker flags : -L/users/spaces/lefevre/alpha-osf1/lib -L/users/spaces/lefevre/lib -shared library flags : -lcurses -lm -lc installation basename : zsh binary install path : /users/spaces/lefevre/alpha-osf1/bin man page install path : /users/spaces/lefevre/man info install path : /users/spaces/lefevre/info functions install path : /users/spaces/lefevre/share/zsh/4.0.2/functions See config.modules for installed modules and functions. greux:~> cd /users/spaces/lefevre/alpha-osf1/lib; ll *curses* <18:07:14 lrwxr-xr-x 1 lefevre spaces 12 Sep 19 15:12 libcurses.a -> libncurses.a -rwxr-xr-x 1 lefevre spaces 583844 Sep 19 15:12 libncurses++.a* -rw-r--r-- 1 lefevre spaces 988740 Sep 19 15:12 libncurses.a -rw-r--r-- 1 lefevre spaces 3764158 Sep 19 15:12 libncurses_g.a -- Vincent Lefèvre - Web: - 100% validated HTML - Acorn Risc PC, Yellow Pig 17, Championnat International des Jeux Mathématiques et Logiques, TETRHEX, etc. Work: CR INRIA - computer arithmetic / SPACES project at LORIA
