    Hi all :)

    Finally I solved my problem with zparseopts not being silent (and
other minor problems) using getopts like this:

    while getopts "v-" option $*
    do
        case $option in
        v) do_things_with_v ;;
        -) longoption="$1"
           process_long_options_here
           ;;
        :) missing_argument_to_a_short_option
           ;;
        ?) unknown short option
           ;;
        esac
    done

    I have another problem, but that will go in another message :)
