  Hmmm...I did a 

    solfire:/home/mccramer>ls -l  bin/tmepwatch
    -rwxr-xr-x 1 mccramer users 79 May 28 20:36 bin/tmepwatch
    solfire:/home/mccramer>

 and it seems to be an X-file ;)
