Version 5.2 of zsh has been released and is available at
http://www.zsh.org/pub/ with uploads to Sourceforge to follow.

This has a lot of bug fixes and fewer minro feature additions. See the
README file.

As before, there are .gz and .xz compressed versions. In addition,
all tar files have detached gpg signatures in .asc files signed with the key

What does 'minro' mean? Can't find the word anywhere.

I can't tell if your tongue is in your cheek or if you really can't spot
a typo for "minor".

Probably a typo of "minor".

Nope, there's not much fun to be had pointing out a typo. You never know
when there's some new word to learn or some obscure acronym so best to ask.

It did mean "minor", but if I can find some minro features, I will add
them.

Where can one get the above public key? I was not able to find it anywhere...

You can find it on pool.sks-keyservers.net. I've checked it's still
there.

Reminds me of release notes I saw a few years ago which advertised
“Miner Updates”.

Yes, that works for me. Thanks!

The thing is that you make so few typos, I was wondering if it was some
sort of acronym or contraction for 'minimal reordering' or 'minor
release only' or whatever. Dumb as it seems, you don't really know till
you ask. One of the hardest things about learning linux is learning the
lingo especially the hundreds of acronyms. Sorry for the waste of bytes.

Doing a git pull as usual:

      git pull
    ./configure --prefix=/zsh
      make -s
      make check

and adding:

     make install.modules

... thing seem to be created ok:

     /zsh/lib/zsh/5.2-dev-0/zsh
/zsh/bin/zsh is 652600 bytes brand new.

... but the modules are not found by the new binary:

/root/.zshrc:54: compinit: function definition file not found
/root/.zshrc:55: colors: function definition file not found
/root/.zshrc:56: select-word-style: function definition file not found

... Yet everything seems fine. What am I missing?

plain 'make install' vs. 'make install.modules,' and all is well. Seems
this only needs to be done when the modules change, tho.
