I've uploaded 4.3.0-dev-5 to ftp.zsh.org in the development directory.
This has got the fix for the completion of multibyte characters.
There's also a --disable-dynamic-nss configuration flag.  Other
changes are minor.  I hope this is now releasable.

Thanks for trying the pre-releases out.
