As one of only about five people other than the authors who has ever seen 
the drafts, I'll say that I think it's going to turn out really well.

Well, with a review/synopsys like:

How can it possibly be anything other than great!? :)

I'm one of the authors, so my views may be biased... but even so, I
think I can claim fairly definitively that as I sent chapter 6 (out of
15 chapters plus random stuff) for copy editing today that nobody is
likely to be able to deliver sooner.

I think the target publication date is in November.
