PATCH: 3.1.6-test-3: Etc/MACHINES for ReliantUNIX/SINIX

I currently use only ReliantUNIX so this is incomplete. But in any case, vendor
(Reliant :-) *had* to be changed.

This is uuencoded to prevent word-wrapping (folks, _why_ don't we use MIME?)

I think you probably could for stuff like this.  In any event, I can't
uudecode this ... I get "short file" and there are some random '\0' bytes
scattered around in the last eight lines or so.
