Subject: typeset -T versus typeset -r, bug or feature?
Date: Tue, 05 Sep 2006 20:24:15 -0700 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <060905202415.ZM11437@torch.brasslantern.com> (raw)
Do this in an interactive shell so that the third line doesn't cause the
shell to exit:
typeset -T READ write
typeset -r READ
READ=wrong
write=right
print $READ
